A Christmas Eve Miracle in Busan

OK, not a miracle.  Just a little cold weather...

If you've been reading this blog, you may have come to suspect that I like winter.  Well, I confess.  I love snow and cold weather.  And I miss the Canadian winter very much now that I'm in Busan.

Well today, just on time for Christmas, came the coldest weather Korea has yet experienced this winter.  In Busan, temperatures fell to 6 degrees below zero, and the Korean Meteorological Administration is predicting that Christmas day will be almost as cold as today.  This, of course, has made me very happy.

The cold was a nice accompaniment to the Christmas eve festivities that were taking place in Nampo-dong and Seomyeon.  The only thing missing, in my opinion, was a little snow.

Merry Christmas and happy holidays everybody.  I hope you're all well and enjoying this time to relax with friends and family.
