부분 일식 - Partial Solar Eclipse

이주에 일요일에 부산에 부분 일식 있었어요.

I was expecting it, having heard about it from my colleague, an astronomy teacher, the day before.  But when I woke up that morning, I was surprised by the brightness of the morning light.  I expected it to be dark, but the morning was quite bright.

Though the morning was brighter than I had expected it to be, it was not as bright as usual.  The light of the partially eclipsed sun shone beautifully on Busan's mountains.

I tried to take a picture of the eclipse directly, but it was impossible, as the light of the sun was way too bright.
